DMCA Compliance Policy

If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed upon, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.

2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you wish to have removed, including the specific URL(s) where it appears.

3. Your contact information including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to process all valid DMCA takedown requests within 48 business hours of receiving a complete notification.

If you believe that content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

In accordance with DMCA provisions, Chill Home Living maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.

We reserve the right to remove any content and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
